We are always looking for something different.
However many times we are just ending up at the same spot, having the same model, … And you do not want to end up the 100000th same picture of Eiffel tower, right.
I was in Herrang for the 6th time now. Where 100 people make picture of the big dance event. So here are some pics that show the peaceful life of this small village.

I’m back from a longer vacation… of course not with empty hands!
Even though I was on vacation I had some to dos in front of a computer so I definitely did not plan to upload new pictures.
However I was eager to create new ones.
How much? Very much. We (me and the model) were giving our blood to make these pictures. Everything was full of mosquitoes. And I was lying on the route for half an hour… I have more bites than pictures. Still I would do it again!

It wasn’t dark yet however wasn’t light either.
It is really difficult to describe it. It is hard to see clearly the landscape, there aren’t much details. However you can still see the forms, shapes. It is really in between.
Anyway, this is a really perfect time for making pictures!

…having the right feeling
Last months I had to drive a lot, over 1000kms. And be on time. Wasn’t fun. Rushed through some beautiful places without noticing anything about them.
However being on the road can be great. You just have to slow down a bit …

To be a good photographer you have to be patient as sometimes you wait for year for a specific moment.
So first you dream the picture (like having a picture of a famous person) and you wait till it works out. 1 day, 1 month, or years.
This series happened a bit different. We wanted to meet one of our friends in Ljubljana, Slovenia. He needed like 15 minutes to arrive. Weather was nice so we took a really small walk around. Camera is with me as I never let it in the car. Actually everything worked out great for shooting so I grabbed my camera. Until that moment we wished the fast arrival of our friend, and suddenly the 15 minutes seemed so small time for me.
So I can’t wait waiting again :)

In Europe you cannot check out a city without visiting one or more temples. Munich is not different either.
Even if you are not religious and have no idea about art history you can differentiate temples based on style. This one – in the center of Munich – is a really simple. Its simplicity in colors and decoration really emphasis the size and structure. It also defines how should I edit the picture to give even more emphasis on these elements!

Do you remember that you walk all day, fight with the crowd to see all important building and exhibition of the visited city?
Would be so great to have less tourist! And have all the monuments close to each other! Actually Munich has a solution for that. They a small model of the city in the center – no crowd and no walking :) Only one step from checking the city from the Internet.

After a while you get back to place where you have been. Many times you back and want to make pictures again and again.
Is it possible to create some new views, new ideas? How much my pictures are affected by my mood? The photos will tell you.

We can’t stand expressing ourselves, we wanna shout out loud what we think even if we ruin something.
City walls are full of graffities. Tables in restaurants, trees on the streets are all signed by some “really” important messages. Hopefully new social network solutions like Facebook will move all these activities to the virtual world where you can write on the wall effortlessly and without ruining anything.
Even though I see lots of such messages I was really surprised by these ones. I’ve made these pictures in the Jardin des Plantes in Montpellier, France. One of the oldest botanical garden. I think that place should have different messages.

If you have such a topic it is really difficult to go home. However there might be some other difficulties as well.
The sunset with this landscape and road was a beautiful finishing for that day. Also set the mood – let’s take the road & go home!
Well, wasn’t so easy. We tried to take a shortcut. We failed. So just went to the direction of the closest village as it was getting dark fast. At the village we realized that we are far away from the car. So we were hunting for a ride. After half an hour we found a nice inhabitant who took as back to the car.
I would do it every day just have such pictures!
