Really disposable?

Somehow today’s topic connects to the last one. In US or Canada as I know you have garage sale where you can get rid of stuff you do not need anymore. However I do not know how do they get rid of stuff that has no value. Here at Budapest we do “lomtalanítás”. I could not found any translation. We just throw everything we do not need to the streets once a year and the government takes it away. These occasions are great to find some interesting old objects.
Like this one. For me this puppet shows that we can dispose not only object but feelings. Do you agree?.
